Check-In Time is 4 pm 

Early Check In- Since we are usually fully booked we ask guest not to enter the house before the cleaning company has it prepared. 
You can come early and hang out on the beach till your house is prepared

Check-Out Time is 11 am

Late Check Out - Our cleaning company is scheduled to come at 11am.

You must have the house cleared by check out time that way they can have it prepared for the next guest. You are more than welcome to hang out on the beach as long as you want once you clear the house. 
No re-entry once the cleaning company cleans the house for the next guest

To-Do List Before Leaving 

- Remove all belongings 

- Turn off TV, lights, and  AC/Heater

- Toss garbage bag in the green trash bin outside near the garage.

Kayaks and Long Boards 

Return when done using for the day. All paddles must be returned too. 

Keep far away from the shoreline when not using. The waves will take them or fill them up with sand. 

Beach Toys

Return when done using for the day. Keep all toys away from the shoreline.

All guest are responsible for the equipment they are using. All lost or damaged items will be charged back to that guest. We do not have cameras on the property expect for one facing the beach to monitor our beach area. 

Game Room

Turn off or return all games when done using. 
Turn off lights when done using the game room. 

BBQ Area

Turn off propane when done using. 

Clean BBQ Grill when you are done using.
